How to update your payment method

Your payment methods can be found under your profile.  To access your profile, please log in with the account your originally used to purchase your ticket or subscription. 

Once you are logged in, follow these steps:  

  1. Click on your user name in the top right of the page 
  2. Under Payment Methods click Add New Payment Method OR Click Edit next to your current payment method
    • If you are updating your current payment method (i.e new expiration date) click Edit 
    • If you are adding a new card, click Add New Payment Method 
  3. Enter your new payment method details 
  4. Click Save 
    • If you are adding a new method, please indicate if you'd like this to be your primary method moving forward
