Your payment methods can be found under your profile. To access your profile, please log in with the account your originally used to purchase your ticket or subscription.
Once you are logged in, follow these steps:
- Click on your user name in the top right of the page
- Under Payment Methods click Edit next to the payment method you'd like to remove
- Note: You cannot remove the primary payment method if you have an active subscription
- Click Remove
- A confirmation modal will appear, click Yes to complete the removal
