If you mistyped your email on initial account creation, the best course of action is to simply create another account with the correct email address.
To do this, go to the site where you created your initial account. If you are logged in, please Log Out, click Log In, Create Account and go through the account creation process again. Please double check your email to make sure it is correct!
If you purchased a ticket, you will need to re-purchase with the correct account. Once you have successfully repurchased and received a receipt, please submit a Refund Request and a member of our support staff will refund the duplicate purchase.
