Changing Payment Methods

If you need to edit the information on a Payment Method, or update your active Credit Card, you can do that by clicking your username in the top right-hand corner of the site. This will open your User Settings.



At the bottom of your user settings, you will find your payment information. Here you can see any active 

Subscriptions or Tickets attached to your account.


From here, you can also edit a credit card's information, or change your payment method.



Click EDIT to update the information for the Payment Method on file. You can change the Cardholder Name, Country, Zip Code, and Expiration Date.


To add a new Payment Method, click Add New Payment Method.
